How to Order

To get started we only need three things:

1. Signed Order Form
2. Artwork files or design instructions
3. Mailing list (if we'll be addressing the postcards)

1. Order Form The order form gives us all the details we need to get your order started, including shipping and mailing instructions.

The order form can be filled out digitally and sent in via e-mail to orders@postcardmagnet.com, or printed and faxed to: 1-866-298-7106. Download the order form here.

2. Artwork We accept all professional file formats including anything created by Adobe, Quark or Corel. We cannot accept Microsoft file formats (Microsoft Word or Publisher) for final production. Here are a few things to keep in mind in regards to artwork:

• Please outline or convert all fonts to curves
• If final artwork will be provided in a non-vector format, (TIFF, JPEG, etc.) please proivde seperate files for the postcard front, postcard back, magnet artwork and a composite image to show magnet placement. For vector file formats (PDF, .eps, etc.) a single file is acceptable.
• Artwork files less than 20 GB can be e-mailed to: postcardmagnet@gmail.com.
• Artwork files over 20 GB can be uploaded via our FTP site.
• FTP Upload:
  • Go to: www.checkart.com/upload
    • Company Code: 91760
    • Login: 9MMYY - MM = Current 2 digit month, YY = Current 2 digit year, for example "90608" if the current month is June of 2008
    • Password: upload
  • Once the upload is complete your will be provided with an e-mail confirmation and an upload confirmation number. Please e-mail this number to: art@postcardmagnet.com. This will insure that your order and artwork can be matched up quickly.
• If you want to take advantage of our 30 minutes of free design time, please e-mail or fax over your design ideas including a high resolution copy of your logo, your contact information, ad content and any photos you would like to use. We will create a professional design and e-mail you back with a proof. Your order form must be received before we can start the artwork process.

3. Mailing List If you want to have Postcardmagnet.com handle mailing fullfilment, including list processing, addressing and delivery to the Post Office, please e-mail your mailing list in an Excel compatible format to bulkmail@postcardmagnet.com. Your mailing list will be kept 110% confidential.

You can purchase a mailing list from Postcardmagnet.com. Please indicate the area (zip codes) you would like to target and who your intended recepients are (such as homeowners, and apartments, or pet owners). We will use this information to provide you with a free estimate of the cost and total number of names that fit your criteria.

If you want to take care of final mail delivery, we can drop ship the addressed and sorted pieces back to your location. However, it is recommended that you let us take care of the addressing. Due to the lamination on the postcard most mail houses are not able to addresses the pieces post-production. If you really want to handle the addressing, please let us know and we will send you enough samples for testing on your ink jet machine.

If you do not want the pieces mailed, of course, we will not require a mailing list.
